Add/Edit/Delete Members' Email Addresses

Last week, we updated ARCOS so you can store up to 3 email addresses per person.

This week, there are new tools available to let you add, edit, and delete email addresses from any supporter.

Here's what they look like:

You'll find these tools under MEMBERS > Search > Edit. On the Messaging tab of the person's record, you will see:

• An Add Email button (for people who have only 1 or 2 emails)
• A "Change" rollover drop-down menu with these options:
  
  
  • Make Primary - moves this email to the primary (Email 1) slot
  • Edit - Lets you change the email address
  • Delete - Lets you remove the email address
