Do I need to migrate my entire website and hosting to Plus Three?

No, Plus Three will create supporting pages including sign up and registration forms, donation pages, contact us forms that will be fully integrated into your website. These pages will be accessible via a sub-domain so end-users will never leave your website.

How do I import my existing data?

Importing your data is easy and fast using Plus Three’s import tools. Upload a CSV or Tab delimited file with any number of attributes and donation history for all of your donors. As soon as your data is imported you can begin to use our advanced segmentation tools and begin sending emails right away.

What happens to all of my data and who owns it?

Your data belongs to you and only you. Our clients own all of the content, media, data, transaction information, and derived data that is produced from your constituents and their engagement through email and website. If you decided to migrate your data, Plus Three will provide you a full archive of your data to take with you.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There are no per user licensing fees, no email delivery fees, and no commission or transaction fees. You use your own payment account and donations get deposited directly into your account each night.

What happens if I need support?

Plus Three provides email and telephone support during extended business hours from 9am to 7pm EST. In case of an emergency we have escalation procedures in place so you have added support overnight and weekends as needed.
