Plus Three, a web-based technology company, is looking for a salaried full-time Junior Customer Support Representative to join our team in our downtown Raleigh, NC office. This person will respond to client support requests as they come in and as prioritized by our Client Services team. This person will also interact with our technical staff when researching and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate would be a web-savvy person who is comfortable acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical people.
