Deirdre Monroy, Vice President of Client Services

Deirdre has spent her career managing loyalty and retention programs for a wide range of clients, including Capital One, IBM, Dell, AT&T, The Washington Post, BMC Software, Disney, and Clear Channel Communications. Prior to joining Plus Three, Deirdre was the director of implementation at Bigfoot Interactive. As one of the company's original team members, Deirdre played an integral role in developing order processing and fulfillment systems that allowed Bigfoot Interactive to reduce cycle times fourfold, double production output, and support more than 100 top-tier clients with Application Service Provider solutions.
